Our proprietary heat sealing technology produces seals that are stronger than the film components and can seal films from 0.05 mil to 20 mil plus. We can achieve perfect seals in a fraction of the time other sealing technologies require.
Unlike radio frequency (RF) welding, which is material-specific, we can impulse heat seal all thermoplastics including polyolefins (polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.), polyester, and nylon.
Our seals are validatable to ENO and ISO standards, take a fraction of the time, and consume less than a quarter of the energy required for RF welding.
